Enrollment Certificates
MSU Denver has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide official Enrollment Certificates. The Enrollment Certificate provided by the National Student Clearinghouse is official and does not require an additional signature or seal from MSU Denver. The verification can be used for proof of enrollment for employers, military, insurance companies, housing, scholarships, and credit card companies. The official document includes:
- Enrollment Status (full-time, part-time, etc.)
- Dates of Attendance
- Expected Date of Graduation

You can obtain an official Enrollment Certificate online here or follow these steps:
- Log in to STUDENT HUB,
- Select STUDENT PROFILE (SELF-SERVICE BANNER)
- Select Request Enrollment Verification
- This will link to another page, in which you will need to login one more time,
- Select the options available. You will be able to print your enrollment verification as needed.
Enrollment Certificates for the current semester will be available the second or third week of classes.
If you requested an Enrollment Certificate from National Student Clearinghouse, and it had inaccurate information, please complete our Enrollment Certificate Adjustment form.
Loan deferment: Verifications for purposes of loan deferment are handled by lenders using online access to the Clearinghouse. Refer lenders with questions to [email protected]
Estimated processing time for Enrollment Certificate Adjustment Request forms submitted directly to our office is 3-5 business days.
If you are not currently enrolled and need to verify previous semesters, you can order a transcript through Parchment (https://www.msudenver.edu/registrar/transcripts/) or contact the National Student Clearinghouse at (www.enrollmentverify.org).
Enrollment Verifications and Certificates for the current semester will be available during the second or third week of classes.
