The Office of Human Resources is one of several offices under the Division of Finance and Administration. This office is responsible for the management, oversight and coordination of all benefits, professional development, compensation matters, performance management, and employee relations matters for the University.
Our office gladly supports the mission and direction of the University’s initiatives by ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all Faculty, Administrative, Classified and Student staff of the University.
Beginning January 1, 2024, MSU Denver will begin participating in and executing on Colorado’s Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program, which was approved by Colorado voters in 2020.

The Student Employment Program at Metropolitan State University of Denver is meant to provide students paid jobs to help alleviate a portion of their educational expenses. In addition, student employees will garner professional experience and develop leadership skills. By participating in the program, students contribute to the success of the institution and are considered valuable employees of MSU Denver.
