MSU Denver

Changes to The 2023-2024 Org Registration

As we’re preparing for fall registration, we wanted to give you all a bit of information that may be helpful and allow you to prepare for the following changes.

  • We are having an early bird registration Monday, June 26 – Monday, July 3.
  • Succeeding early bird registration, regular registration will open Monday, July 10 – Monday, August 11.
  • School will begin the following week of Monday, August 21.
  • Your student org will only have to register ONCE for the 2023-2024 academic year. Registration will only take place Fall 2023. We will not register orgs in Spring 2024. If an org misses the deadline, new or existing, you must schedule a meeting with a Student Org Consultant, and we will approve or deny on a case-by-case basis.
  • If you have any changes to your org throughout the year (officer’s stepping down, a new advisor, etc.), we ask that you update your org’s information in RoadrunnerLink. If you need assistance in updating your information, please email [email protected]. Not doing this will result in your student org becoming inactive. A meeting with a Student Org Consultant will need to happen in order to become registered again.
  • A new student org created by a transfer or new student to MSU Denver will be allowed to register after the registration deadline.
  • Any org, new or existing, that registers before the deadline and is denied will have an opportunity to fix their registration, per usual. Please schedule a time with Student Org Consultants by emailing [email protected] for assistance with the process.

As we are reimagining student orgs this summer, there will be many more changes to student orgs and the registration process. All changes will be reflected in the handbooks, which we are working on updating based on the feedback we received from you. Updated information will be sent out over the summer and reviewed when the new school year starts in August.

It is highly recommended that new student orgs and existing student orgs register during early bird registration if you plan to table events or begin student org activities early in the school year. We will send out reminders, so please be attentive to your org email, student emails, RoadrunnerLink, and The Weekly Blorg.
