Titles, labels, captions, and other context help all readers identify and understand visuals and their intended purposes. All readers should be able to anticipate the general content of the visual by the time they “arrive” at said visual.
All images and graphics should be presented “In Line with Text” as this sets the image or graphic apart from the text.
