Who We Are

While our main focus is always on our callers and MSU Denver, we also strive to improve the skills and development of our student employees. Our student employees provide a great service to the university and we work to build up their skills and experience so that they are ready when they complete their degree and move into their chosen profession. To do this, we work to develop specific skills that employers from various fields say that they are looking for; including: leadership, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and content and customer service skills.

Our Enrollment Service Call Center support the Office of Admissions, Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships, and the Office of Registrar. We answer more than 60,000 calls each year, with the goal of providing accurate information to students and other constituents of MSU Denver in a professional and friendly manner.
