We invite submissions for breakout sessions that reflect the depth, resilience, and collective wisdom inherent in palliative and end-of-life care. This year’s conference celebrates the sharing of knowledge across disciplines — honoring lived experience, professional insight, creative expression, and sustainable care practices. We welcome proposals from social workers, clinicians, child life specialists, chaplains, death doulas, educators, researchers, caregivers, and interprofessional teams dedicated to compassionate, holistic care. Click here to download the Call for Proposals PDF.
