SOE Temporary Relocation

We have a temporary new home!

The MSU Denver School of Education has a permanent home in the West Classroom Building on Auraria campus, but due to a large-scale Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) renovation project, we are temporarily relocating!

Beginning Monday, March 18, 2024, our in-person operations will be housed nearby at 1068 9th St. in the historic 9th St. Park on Auraria Campus.

While we do not have an exact date of return to the West Classroom Building, the target date is August 7, 2024.

Our temporary location is 1068 9th St. Park on Auraria Campus. The map image below will help you locate the specific house on 9th St., or you can use the button below the image to access an interactive campus map!

We expect to maintain regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) at our temporary location, but we encourage you to call ahead to be sure we’re there if you would like to visit without an appointment.

Advising During Temporary Relocation

We anticipate many students and prospective students will continue opting for virtual/online advising, but we will continue to offer in-person advising for those who prefer or need it, and this includes for any person with accessibility needs.

Fill out our Advising Request Form so we can ensure your advising appointment is arranged specifically to meet your needs.

Please note: because of limited space at 1068 9th St. and limited accessibility, some in-person appointments may be scheduled elsewhere on campus, but we will be sure to inform you of the appointment location once confirmed.
