About this Program

As a graduate of MSU Denver’s Environmental Engineering (EVE) bachelor’s degree program, you will be prepared for a career of planning and designing sustainable environmental systems that maximize quality of life by minimizing the impact of human activity on the environment.

The Environmental Engineering program is a multidisciplinary degree and partners with industries including the Hazen and Sawyer Company, Metro Water Recovery, Denver Water, Stantec, Olson Engineering, Jacobs, the City of Northglenn, and South Platte Renew. Rocky Mountain Water Environment Association (RMWEA) and the American Water Works Association (AWWA) sponsor students’ professional development activities through a newly established MSU Denver Engineers for Water Sustainability (MSU-EWS) chapter.

Mission

The mission of the Environmental Engineering program at MSU Denver is to provide comprehensive undergraduate education, through multidisciplinary collaboration, that prepares students to incorporate environmentally sustainable designs into natural and artificial environments.
