The MSU Denver Master of Health Administration (MHA) Program invites applications for scholarship. Deadline for the Fall 2022 scholarship is May 31, 2022. These awards were created by the MHA faculty and staff to assist MHA students who demonstrate strong academic performance and have demonstrated a financial need. There are five awards; with varying amounts awarded. Scholarship selection is completely separate from the MHA program admission review, and decision process. The scholarship committee will only award scholarships to active MHA students.
We are seeking applications from MHA students who have a commitment to the Health Administration profession and to the MHA Core values.

In addition to all of the various scholarships offered at MSU Denver, the Department of Health Professions (HEP) created the Rising Star scholarship specifically for HEP students. The Rising Star scholarship is an award for students showing initiative, enthusiasm, and potential for future success in the HEP Department. It is the intent of the Rising Star scholarship to be able to support HEP students in their pursuit of becoming a passionate professional in their field of study. Students should apply using the MSU Denver Scholarship Application.

The Colorado Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) is proud to sponsor several student programs throughout the year. This includes networking events, attendance at Congress, and mentoring.
The Foundation of the American College of Healthcare Executives established this scholarship in honor of Albert W. Dent, the first African-American Fellow of ACHE. This scholarship is offered to provide financial aid to racially/ethnically students in healthcare management graduate programs to help offset tuition costs, student loans and expenses.

The Annual Meeting Student Scholarship Fund has awarded more than 220 student scholarships since APHA 2012. These scholarships offer students a chance to learn the latest public health science and practice, connect with seasoned professionals, meet new mentors and, hopefully, find a lifelong home within the APHA community.
The Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA) is a global network of colleges, universities, faculty, individuals and organizations dedicated to the improvement of health and healthcare delivery through excellence in healthcare management and policy education. Its mission is to foster excellence and drive innovation in health management and policy education, and promote the value of university-based management education for leadership roles in the health sector. AUPHA has a number of scholarships for health administration students.
The Graduate School Entrance Exam & Professional Licensure Program is a student fee funded resource that provides financial assistance for students looking to complete a graduate school entrance exam (GRE, LSAT, MCAT, etc.) OR complete a certification/licensure course or exam that is directly related to their area of study or leadership position on campus.
The NAHSE Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to support minority students pursuing careers in health care management or a related field. We realize that finances are often a barrier to completing academic programs; therefore, we hope students who are in financial need will be encouraged to apply for these scholarships.
