Volunteer with us in hosting MSU Denver’s 2024 Spring Commencement! There are various roles that we need our Roadrunner volunteers to fill on May 9 and 10.
Thursday, May 9 from 2-4 p.m.:
The day before ceremonies roles will include: load-in and set-up, setting out programs on chairs, set-up water stations and directional signage and more.
Friday, May 10:
- Morning Ceremony Volunteers (6:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.): Greeting graduates and their families as they arrive, guiding graduates and guests to the correct locations from the parking lots, main entrances, and inside, and more.
- Transitional Volunteers (11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.): Replacing programs, replenishing water stations, picking up trash and refilling diplomas on stage.
- Afternoon Ceremony Volunteers (3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.): Break-down and pack up all supplies, loading truck up with supplies and bagging up all linens.
