Reservation Requests for JSSB & AES Spaces

Updates to EMS Room Reservation Platform

AHEC has been working on system upgrades to their EMS room/space reservation platform and made an announcement on Feb 4 that migration to the upgraded system has now been completed. For all faculty, staff, and students who would like to submit reservation requests for JSSB & AES spaces, please begin using the new URL to access the online request site, which now replaces the outdated URL. For those who are part of the user group that regularly signs in to the EMS application to access the database, you will need to begin using the new links and step-by-step instructions included in the latest email you received from AHEC’s IT Database Administrator.

You can submit a request to host your event in either the Jordan Student Success Building or the Aerospace Engineering Sciences Building by clicking the link below.
