STEM Pathway Programs

Summer Science Institute

Summer Science Institute

This program is for middle school students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. It’s a chance to explore fun and exciting ways that math and science are used in the real world. You’ll get to learn through hands‑on activities, work with other students, and try out cool projects on the Auraria Campus. During each session, Metropolitan State University of Denver professors will teach both morning and afternoon classes. These classes follow Colorado’s learning standards, but they’re taught in a way that connects different subjects and makes learning more interactive.
