BUILD Application

Seeking BUILD scholars for Spring 2024!

This program aims to build scholars’ STEM identity in the pursuit of STEM graduate degrees and careers.

Eligibility: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, Work Eligible, STEM majors

Application: Open October 1 – October 31, 2023

BUILD Scholars Commitments:

  • Meet with STEM Navigator & content advisor
  • Participate in STEM Identity and Community Building Activities such as Research/Internship, Conferences, or Social Events.

Build Scholars Receive:

  • Stipends up to $2000 a Year
  • Summer Bridge and STEM Challenge Programs
  • Paid STEM research and internship opportunities
  • STEM Navigator and STEM Mentor Support
  • Individualized STEM Advising and Career Coaching
  • STEM Community, Education, and Industry Connections
