Pep Band

Roadrunner Pride Pep Band

MSU Denver’s Roadrunner Pride Pep Band performs at MSU Denver Volleyball games and Men’s and Women’s Basketball games throughout the season.

Performing with the Pep Band is a paid gig! Each band member receives $35 per game, and will be provided a shirt. Games are held in the Auraria Events Center on the Auraria Campus.

Interested students must record an audition video and submit the audition application by October 11, 2022. Applicants are asked to commit to the entire Pep Band season, which runs October 2022 – February 2023 (see schedule below).

Audition Information

To audition, please record a video of yourself playing the audition requirements below, then fill out the Audition Application to submit your audition. You may either copy/paste the URL to your audition video in the Audition Application, or email your video directly to the Pep Band Director, Dr. Michael Hengst, at [email protected].
