Description: Join the Home Buying 101 workshop presented by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). Through their statewide network of approved lenders, CHFA offers home purchase loans and grants; and second mortgage loans for down payment and/or closing cost assistance. They sponsor free homebuyer education across the state in English and Spanish to help prepare you for homeownership.
