The MSU Denver Roadrunners 5K is an alumni and community tradition that brings together runners, walkers, alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends of the university to celebrate Roadrunner pride while supporting student-athletes. The annual event is part of the MSU Denver Homecoming celebration.
In addition to bringing Roadrunners together, the Roadrunners 5K serves as an important fundraiser for MSU Denver Cross Country and Track & Field. Proceeds help provide critical resources, equipment, and opportunities that support student-athlete success both on and off the course.\
Make sure to join us each year for a vibrant race-day atmosphere featuring breakfast, coffee, post-run entertainment, and opportunities to connect with fellow members of the Roadrunner community.
Not in Denver? No problem! We are happy to provide a virtual option and complete your 5k from anywhere in the world—you’ll still snag that awesome Roadrunners 5k t-shirt and custom race bib.
