First, you’ll check in with the Registrar’s Office to get any applicable honors cords. These are provided to you at no cost and are a great way to show off your academic achievement. They can also help you change any information on your Stage Pass.

Chat with the Commencement team to learn more about day-of details, such as parking, venue information, ADA Accessibility requests and more. For those who may need to request Spanish Translation services for themselves or their guests at the Commencement ceremony, there will be representatives to help you reserve Spanish translation devices. There are 200 devices available and can be used on a first come first served basis. They will also be ensuring all Stage Passes look correct and each grad knows how to access theirs.

The Orientation, Transfer, and Reengagement Office and Veteran Military Student Services will be handing out cords at no cost to all graduating students who have transferred from another higher-ed institution – a great way to show your resilience in your academic journey.

The Tivoli Station Bookstore will be on-site to help with any final things you may need form them.

Pick up your Regalia, which Herff Jones has made incredibly simple. If you have not pre-ordered your regalia, no worries. You can place an in-person order on-site either day of Cap and Gown Pick Up.
