Distributed a survey to research and teaching assistants to examine equity in these positions and experiences over time
Shared with club advisors information from the climate survey on barriers to club participation (e.g., “don’t have anyone to go with) and requested the club to discuss ideas on how to help with those barriers
Crafted language for faculty to be evaluated on DEI for retention, tenure, and promotion, and post-tenure review
Recruited and reviewed applications for new members of the student/alumni advisory council to the department’s DEI committee
