Ready to find out what MSU Denver can do for you? We’ve got you covered.
MSU Denver’s Career Launchpad provides affordable pathways to high-demand and multiple educational coursework. Someone can take a noncredit class in a high-demand field that can lead to a job or convert the course to credit and get an MSU Denver certificate or degree.
We currently offer a myriad of courses with more courses being added every semester. Go to the Career Launchpad website for complete information.
In general, credit courses are designed for students who are interested in earning college units toward a degree. Students who take a credit course receive a letter grade (A, B, C, D, or F) at the end of the semester.
Noncredit courses are classes intended for learners who want to gain a new skill, upgrade existing skills, or enrich their understanding about a specific topic. Upon completion, students will receive a grade of pass or no pass.
Career Launchpad courses are noncredit, but can be converted to credit that can count toward a degree.
The continuous demand for building and renovating buildings, roads, and other structures means people are needed to fill various construction jobs. The construction industry in Colorado continues to grow and is expected to have approximately 197,000 jobs by 2025.
Introduction to Construction Project Management exposes learners to building design, project management, and facilities management. The course allows learners to identify their areas of interest to continue their academic career or find a job.
After taking the course, the learner can immediately enter the workforce, or continue on their academic career to increase earning potential.
