Enjoy great beer from both MSU Denver’s Brewery Operations program and Samuel Adams, light fare, and meaningful conversation.
Learn about MSU Denver’s School of Hospitality and Brewing the American Dream, while connecting with entrepreneurs, alumni, faculty, staff and beer lovers alike.

Since 2008, Brewing the American Dream supports local food and beverage entrepreneurs across the U.S. with much-needed access to capital, networks, and business coaching to fuel the craft food and beverage revolution. Samuel Adams has supported its nonprofit lending partners in providing close to $129 million in loans to food and beverage entrepreneurs across the country. Just as important, the program has provided business coaching and advising to more than 17,000 people. The businesses supported by this program have created or retained over 12,500 jobs in their local communities.
