A Decade of Strides
Join us as we celebrate 10 years of running, community, and impact at the MSU Denver Roadrunners 5K! What began with just 40 runners has grown into a signature alumni tradition bringing together nearly 200 Roadrunners each year in support of our Cross Country and Track & Field programs.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or cheering from the sidelines, this event is about more than miles — it’s about showing up for our student-athletes and strengthening the Roadrunner community.
All proceeds directly support MSU Denver Cross Country and Track & Field, helping provide essential resources, equipment, and opportunities for our student-athletes to compete and succeed.
Celebrate a decade of strides with us — lace up, give back, and run with purpose.
First 250 registrants will receive a pair of goodr sunglasses!
- 7 a.m. Registration/Check-in (Coffee, bananas and granola bars available)
- 8 a.m. Run/Walk Begins
- 8:30 a.m. Post Run Entertainment
Stick around post-run for mimosas and breakfast burritos!
Not in Denver? No problem! Sign up for our virtual option and complete your 5k from anywhere in the world on September 20—you’ll still snag that awesome Roadrunners 5k t-shirt and custom race bib.
