Event | Annual Roadrunner 5k

Description: Please join us during Homecoming for the annual Roadrunners 5k – a fun run, jog or walk through Auraria Campus! Runners, joggers, and walkers of all ages are invited to participate. There will also be a kids fun run following the conclusion of the 5k (approximately 1/2 mile in distance). All participants will receive a Roadrunners 5k t-shirt with registration and one entry into a prize drawing! Everyone is invited to stay after the races for a mimosa bar, breakfast burritos and music! The race will begin and conclude at the MSU Denver Assembly Athletic Complex.
- 8 a.m. Registration/Check-in (Coffee, bananas and granola bars available)
- 9 a.m. Fun Run/Walk Begins
- 9:30 a.m. Post Run Entertainment
There is also a virtual option for those not living in Denver. Sign up to participate and run/walk/jog a 5k route of your choice on September 30. All registrants will also receive a Roadrunners 5k t-shirt and one entry into a prize drawing.
All proceeds will directly benefit the MSU Denver men’s and women’s cross country programs.
New this year: The Roadrunner Duathlon! Consider signing up for the Road Riders Cycling Club ride later that day at 1:30 p.m. to complete the inaugural Roadrunners Duathlon. All duathlon participants will receive a special gift!
