Synopsis: We have all heard that Colorado has 300 days of sunshine, but what does that mean for my health? Come learn more about how to get enough Vitamin D and improve your health. We will discuss what it means to have an adequate intake of Vitamin D, signs and possible consequences of deficiency, and when to talk to your doctor about supplementation.

Synopsis: Do energy drinks deliver on their promises? Find out if energy drinks help or hinder your athletic and/or academic performance and if there is a healthier alternative.
