Winter Break Office Hours

Beginning Monday, December 22, 2025, the Access Center will be observing the following business hours:

  • Monday, December 22 and Tuesday, December 23:
    Our main office will be open normal hours. Our Accommodated Testing Office will be closed, but staff can be reached by email.
  • Wednesday, December 24:
    Our main office will be remote only from 8:00am to 1:00pm and both offices will be closed beginning at 1:00pm.
  • Thursday, December 25 – Friday, January 2:
    Both our offices will be closed.
  • Monday, January 5, 2026:
    Our offices will resume our normal operations.

The Accommodations Hub is where:

  • STUDENTS can register for accommodations with the Access Center, request letters, schedule appointments and exams, and request alternative format documents and textbooks.
  • FACULTY can review accommodation letters as well as manage accommodated testing requests.

What We Do?

Our Team partners with students who experience any type of disability (mental health, chronic health, physical, sensory, and neurological) or temporary impairment (concussion, broken wrist, pregnancy, etc.) to provide needed accommodations and support to ensure equal opportunity to demonstrate their academic abilities and receive equal access and inclusion to all the University’s programs, activities and services.
