Access Center- Student Disability Support Services
Important Operational Changes due to COVID-19: Our staff are currently available remotely to address your questions and provide support during our normal operational hours of Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you would like to schedule a virtual appointment to request accommodations or discuss any accommodation related issues you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can email your accessibility coordinator directly. You can find your accessibility coordinator’s contact information on our staff page. We are also available by phone, 303-615-0200.

COVID-19 Mental Health Resources:
Psych Hub provides tools and resources to help manage potential stress and anxiety resulting from COVID-19. This hub brings together a variety of resources to help cope with social isolation, job loss and other mental health issues.

Q: Is the Access Center office open?
The Access Center physical office is currently closed until further notice, but our staff are working remotely and will be availble to assist you Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. All student appointments will be conducted via phone or virtually until further notice to limit potential exposure to both you and our staff. Accommodated Exam Services in our testing center will be discontinued after March 17, 2020 until further notice. You will be eligible to receive your applicable approved testing accommodations online. We will support you to address any accessible testing barriers that may arise.
Q: How do I get extended time for an online exam?
Please communicate with your instructors to discuss your exam accommodations in their courses.
