Bio:
Stacy Dvergsdal is the AVP of Human Resources at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Stacy has been working and consulting with organizations for over 25 years, with particular emphasis on strategic human resource management, diversity and inclusion, executive coaching, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management and mentoring. For over 15 years as an affiliate faculty at Regis University, she has been teaching and designing courses in both the Masters of Organizational Leadership and MBA programs.
Prior to joining MSU Denver, she was at Denver Public Schools where she led culture, engagement and values-based leadership. She has worked at Janus Capital Group where the team was awarded with the ASTD first best learning organization of 2008 and coached numerous organizational leaders. She has also worked at Jeppesen, EPI, and FMI Corporation. She has consulted with the Denver Zoo, Raytheon and the City and County of Denver.
Stacy is a first-generation graduate. She received her Master of Arts degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors, graduating magna cum laude in the area of psychology from Southern Methodist University.
Stacy loves spending time in the mountains with her husband and daughter Taylor. She has climbed 40 Colorado fourteeners and enjoys time with their fur babies.

Rob Ingle is a Learning & Development Specialist in the department of Human Resources. He has been in higher education since 1993, from teaching psychology and leading a testing center to academic advising and supervising advisors. He has been with MSU Denver since June 2014 and he is passionate, very passionate with assisting people in accelerating their personal understanding towards their full potentiality.
On the side, He teaches yoga, breath work, and meditation since 2006. He has done workshops on workplace rejuvenation, mindful leadership. He is an avid bicyclist, backpacker, and loves to spend time with his wife and two vizslas (dogs).
