You Should Know

• ASSET and DACA students are encouraged to apply!
•You will submit the Path to Graduation form (available below). You’ll need to have it ready in PDF format before starting this application. * Advisor’s signature required.*
• You will not submit an essay.
• Once you are prepared, the application will take about 30 minutes to complete.
Preference will be given to students whose financial aid (Pell, loans, or both) has run out, and to students who otherwise cannot receive state or federal aid. Proximity to graduation will be considered.

Applicants Must:
• Have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
• Have completed at least 60 credit hours at the college level by the start of Fall 2021 semester
• Be enrolled for at least 6 credit hours in the Fall by August 22nd, 2022
• Have filed a FASFA or CASFA (formerly the DAIA) for the 2022-2023 school year
• Be Pell eligible or have an income level at or below the level required for a Pell grant
• Attach a signed Path to Graduation form (see question above)
Some applicants must also:
• If the applicant has taken out student loans, log into (a FAFSA pin/FAFSA ID will be needed) to find the total amount of loans taken out.
• If the applicant is a new transfer to MSU Denver, attach unofficial transcripts from previous institution(s).
