Integrating Community Engaged Learning (CEL) into your course can be a powerful way to connect academic learning with real-world impact. It deepens student understanding, fosters civic identity, and supports meaningful faculty engagement. At the same time, CEL brings unique planning challenges—from curriculum design to community coordination.
That’s where the Faculty Engagement & Experiential Learning (FE&EL) team at the C2 Hub comes in. Led by Nora Bashir, Community Engaged Learning Program Manager, the FE&EL team provides hands-on support to help MSU Denver faculty design, launch, and sustain high-quality, high-impact CEL courses.
