Summer 2024 Service Charges
Full payment of tuition and fees is due by the payment deadline to avoid service charges. Any unpaid balance after 5 PM, will incur a 4% service charge. This first service charge will be waived if you enroll in a payment plan by the payment deadline. Students who get a financial aid award offer, obtain certification for Military benefits with our Veteran & Military Student Services Office, or establish sponsorship, by the payment deadline, are exempt from all service charges.
Please note: enrollment will not be canceled for non-payment, only for non-participation. It is the student’s responsibility to drop classes if they do not plan to attend. Failure to do so may result in charges on your account!

Collections Warning
ATTENTION STUDENTS: If you do not pay your Summer 2024, Fall 2024, or any other past due balance in full or enroll in a payment plan by February 11, 2025, your account may be in danger of going to collections. Delinquent accounts will be turned over to a collection agency in accordance with Colorado law, and collection fees of up to 40% will be added to an account balance.
