The Fall 2026 Commencement ceremonies will be held on Friday, Dec. 11, 2026, at the Colorado Convention Center (700 14th St). Please check back here frequently for additional information regarding the ceremonies.
Staff and faculty instruction, advising and mentorship to students on their journey to a degree, makes their participation integral to the success of Commencement. A marshal will cheer graduates on during the ceremonies, help point them in the right direction, and assist with all of the little things that make this celebration truly special.
The deadline to sign up to be a marshal is Friday, Oct. 9. You can sign up by clicking the link below. The deadline to order regalia is also Friday, Oct. 9.
All marshals are required to rent regalia, unless they own regalia. The deadline to order regalia is Friday, Oct. 9 at 9:59 p.m.
Regalia is free for all faculty and staff who order through the provided link and pick up their regalia on campus at Cap and Gown Pick-Up or on Commencement Day in the assembly area.

Cap and Gown Pick-Up at St. Cajetan’s
Nov. 17, from 11 a.m.-6 p.m., and Nov. 18, from 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
Marshals may also choose the home ship option, where they will be required to pay two-way shipping. If they choose home ship, they can drop off their regalia after the ceremony at the Herff Jones table, or they can mail it back with the return label they receive with your shipment.
Morning Ceremony | 9:30 a.m.
Afternoon Ceremony | 2:30 p.m.
Each ceremony will last approximately two hours.
To enter the Colorado Convention Center, use either door off of 14th Street – look for the big blue bear and welcome signs to make sure you’re in the right spot!
Follow Commencement signage through the venue to the marshal and volunteer room on the first floor. Additional navigation instructions will be communicated as they become available.
ADA assistance and spanish translation devices will be available at the ceremony and more information on their locations will be communicated when they become available.
Additionally, the Follet bookstore and other merchandise will be available to all Commencement ceremonies attendees. More information on these services will be communicated when it becomes available.
