The MSU Denver Cybersecurity Student Alumni Advisory Board is dedicated to enhancing and advancing the program. Comprising of former M.S. students, the board meets regularly to share their experiences, provide valuable insights, and foster long-term relationships with industry partners who hire our graduates. Our mission is to continually improve the program, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful for students and the cybersecurity community.
DEEPIKANJALI JUREDDI
Deepikanjali Jureddi is a dedicated cybersecurity professional with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in digital forensics, cybersecurity frameworks, and incident response. She holds a master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the Metropolitan State University of Denver and has completed extensive practical training through hands-on labs with TryHackMe and Hack the Box. Her research includes investigating the role of digital evidence in PPP Loan fraud cases and developing AI-powered phishing detection systems, showcasing her ability to address real-world cybersecurity challenges. Deepikanjali has a solid technical foundation, including ability in Python, Azure Security Services, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. She is passionate about creating robust security solutions and contributing to advancements in cybersecurity policy and education. As an Advisory Board Member, she aims to help shape the future of the Cybersecurity Master’s Program.
EMILE NKWAGOH
Emile Nkwagoh hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a master’s degree in Cybersecurity, both from MSU Denver. With over five years of experience in IT operations, he has developed expertise in collaborating across various IT and business domains. His passion for cybersecurity stems from a deep commitment to protecting critical assets from unauthorized access. Before transitioning to IT, he worked as a tutor for the College of Business at MSU Denver and served as a Public Safety Cadet for the City and County of Denver. These roles allowed him to cultivate strong leadership and mentorship skills, which he continue to apply in his professional journey. Emile is deeply interested in advancing cybersecurity education and leveraging his experience to contribute to the growth of MSU Denver’s Cybersecurity program. His vision focuses on aligning the curriculum with the ever-evolving demands of the field, equipping students with the skills needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market.
JAYME MEAD
Jayme Mead is a Security Engineer with an M.S. in Cybersecurity from MSU Denver and 17 years of Fortune 200 experience. I specialize in addressing complex security risks, enhancing system resilience, and developing secure, scalable solutions. Passionate about innovation and problem-solving, she is committed to advancing cybersecurity practices and promoting education in the field. As an advisory board member, Jayme aims to bring practical insights and leadership to strengthen and grow the program.
JULIETTE MARTIN
Juliette Martin holds a master’s degree in cybersecurity and bachelor’s degrees in both criminal justice and psychology, bringing a unique interdisciplinary perspective to all aspects of cybersecurity. Professionally, Juliette gained experience in fast moving roles such as 911 dispatch, SOC analysis, and, currently, cloud security operations which have sharpened her attention to detail and crisis management skills. She thrives in dynamic environments and is skilled at adapting to evolving challenges in the cybersecurity landscape. Additionally, Juliette is passionate about demystifying cybersecurity for everyone, focusing on the reasoning behind best practices to drive meaningful change. Her goal is to make security not just a necessity but an empowering tool for individuals and organizations alike.
TRACI HILL
Traci Hill began her career in public education over 20 years ago. She strongly believes in lifelong learning and equitable education for all. She is a proud graduate of MSU Denver’s Master of Science Cybersecurity program. This program has given her the skills, resources, and mindset to succeed. She looks forward to using her unique skills in cybersecurity. Traci is passionate about data privacy, AI, governance, risk, and compliance.
