Estimated timelines below reflect standard processing periods and may increase during peak times (March–August and the start of each academic term).

Scholarship Processing Times
Scholarship processing times vary by type.

| External Scholarships | 5-7 business days after the check arrives. Please confirm with the donor when the check was mailed |
| Foundation Awards | Most are awarded by June 15. If selected, you will be notified. Students are not notified if they are not awarded. |
| Presidential Scholarships | Awarded by May 1. Funds are limited, so meeting eligibility does not guarantee an award. |
