Multicultural Greek Council | MGC
The Multicultural Greek Council serves as the governing body for MSU Denver’s culturally based Greek-Lettered Fraternities and Sororities.
Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) at Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver) is made up of nine chapters officially recognized by the University. Each chapter is working hard to redefine Fraternity & Sorority Life in our diverse, urban, community. Our chapters work collaboratively to promote our common values of Academic Excellence, Brotherhood/Sisterhood, Campus Involvement, Leadership, Inclusivity, Ethics, Lifetime Loyalty, Service and opportunities to give back to the campus and Metro Denver communities.
Students affiliated with Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) at MSU Denver maintain above average GPA than a student not affiliated with the FSL community.
Metropolitan State University of Denver has a diverse, urban and vibrant fraternity & sorority community. There are eight active recognized chapters and two active recognized interest groups, making up the Multicultural Greek Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council and the Panhellenic Association. We currently operate under the Fraternity & Sorority Life Council (also known as FSLC) which encompasses each council as well have created our Panhellenic Association (PHA) for our two National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPC) Sororities.
