Sara has taught a variety of courses at MSU Denver related to sustainability, economic and political geography, environmental justice, and geographic information science (GIS). She is committed to the university’s mission of supporting students with diverse backgrounds and interests to help them find their best path to graduation.

Lisa Kirscht, J.D., M.S. (she/her)

Lead Individualized Degree Specialist

Lisa has experience teaching first year law students, as well as advising pharmacy and undergraduate honors students. She is dedicated to empowering students with diverse backgrounds and helping them realize their potential. She draws on her multifaceted background to guide you towards reaching goals that will personally inspire you to succeed.

Danielle (Dani) Rado, Ph.D. (she/her)

Individualized Degree Specialist

Danielle has taught writing and literature at various universities including the University of Denver, Virginia Commonwealth University, Johnson & Wales, and the University of Notre Dame. She is dedicated to helping students of all backgrounds navigate their degree paths.

Mike Marquez

Outreach and Program Specialist

Mike is the Outreach and Program Specialist for the Center for Individualized Learning. He recently graduated from the University of Denver, earning his BSBA in Marketing with a Minor in Leadership Studies. Mike loves sports, movies, exercise, and trying new experiences. He is excited to meet new and returning IDP students to help them get one step closer to their degrees and to support Meritus Scholars.
