💸 Dimond First-Year Enrollment Scholarship

Are you a first-year, first-generation student with a passion for hospitality? The Dimond First-Year Enrollment Scholarship is designed to support students like you who are just starting their journey at MSU Denver’s School of Hospitality.

This scholarship provides financial assistance of $500 per semester to help you get your college career underway. You will be eligible to apply in both the fall and spring semester of your freshman year. After freshman year, we have plenty more scholarships you can apply for!

Do You Qualify?

To be considered for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be a first-year student.

• You must be a first-generation college student.

• You must have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 or higher.

• You must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours.

• You must have a declared major in the School of Hospitality.

Additionally, you will need to:

• Be meeting the University’s Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements.

• Not be in default on any federal, state, or institutional aid.

• Demonstrate financial need, as determined by your FAFSA or CAFSA application.

• Have a completed and current general scholarship application on file with the University.
