Overview of Services

Clients are encouraged to participate in several of our programs that are designed to assist with academic success and wellbeing. We offer individual psychotherapy in our office and online. Additionally, we offer a variety of therapy groups focused on interpersonal skills, diversity, body image, and more. We also offer walk-in services for crisis interventions.

Clients’ initial meeting with the therapist is designed to assess the most relevant issues that may be contributing to misunderstandings, misperceptions, feelings of invalidation, or stuck points in life. The first session is a half-hour long with the first available counselor to best fit your schedule. If seeking individual therapy, the second appointment will be 45 minutes long with a therapist who is the best fit for you.

Therapist appointments are scheduled with the student’s academic and job schedules in mind in an attempt to remove any barriers that could prevent attendance.

Please note that our appointments are available to current students. If you are an incoming first-year or transfer student, please schedule your appointment in the semester you start classes.
