You get access to:
Find your community at MSU Denver. From Roadrunners After Dark to Ready, Set, Rowdy, these events help you find your community at MSU Denver. Besides events, find or create student organizations or clubs to connect with others who share your interests.
Want to make a difference on campus? The Student Advocacy Council gives you a voice in the decisions that shape student life. Whether you want to be elected in a leadership role or support your representatives, you’ll help advocate for issues that matter, including accessibility, equity, campus safety, sustainability and an inclusive campus community.
You can access and create media for Met Media across TV, radio, magazines, podcasts and so much more.
- Learn from experts on what it takes to report on a news story, how to write an article, and produce a TV program creating a pathway to the professional world outside of the classroom.
- Understand how to find information from credible sources, how to recognize “spin” and lies in media and the media you create to report on storytelling data and statistics.
- Learn how to use and get access to high-tech equipment like recording microphones, tv cameras and more.
Curious about the theater? Audition for a play and musical or support the production backstage where you can learn how to set design and sew costumes.

Balancing school and parenting are no small tasks. The Auraria Early Learning Center gives you accessible, high-quality childcare on campus so you can focus on your education.
Balancing the demands of college life can be difficult. In addition to academic requirements, there are financial pressures, relationship concerns and job stressors that can leave you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.
The MSU Denver Counseling Center is here to help. Through online or in-person appointments, group counseling sessions and more, you can take the time to get help and find ways to get through it.
The Health Center at Auraria is an on-campus facility that provides medical services and mental health services for you. Get lab work or x-rays and pick up on-site medications. They’re an in-network medical provider for most Colorado-offered health insurances, easily accessible and provide high-quality outreach programs. Transgender Care, including HRT and medical and mental health services are also provided.

Head to nature with the help of Outdoor Pursuits. They host outdoor guided adventures, offer rental gear to hit the trails and help improve your climbing skills.
