Strengthen and tone in 30 minutes

Thursday @ 12:30 p.m. Fun/Mix Training with Vinny
A functional mix of Kettlebell and TRX training

Fridays @ noon Cycle/Barre with Aimee

Group Fitness Punch Pass Incentive Program

Fall 2021 Punch Pass

We are offering a punch pass incentive program. Once you activate your MSU Denver Campus Recreation membership you can pick up your Group Fitness Punch Pass.

Bring this Punch Pass with you every time you participate in an in-person MSU Denver Group Fitness class. We will punch your card while you are on your way out after the class is complete.

Check Point and Prizes

Attend 5 Group Fitness classes this fall and receive a small prize
Attend 10 classes and receive a medium prize
For every 10 classes you attend, you will be entered into a  drawing for a grand prize

Personal Training

In-person personal training is back! With a new strong diverse team of trainers, we can help you meet your fitness goals. 

What are the benefits of a personal trainer? 

  • Someone to push you and keep you motivated  
  • Learn and practice correct form  
  • Build stronger muscles and burn fat 
  • Improve flexibility and increase endurance  

Getting Started 

If you are interested in personal training, please stop by the front desk and ask for a personal training registration form. As a new client you must complete the personal training registration form and purchase a fitness assessment. You can purchase fitness assessments and sessions at the fitness center front desk. Once you have completed the form, please turn it in and Luna the Fitness and Wellness Coordinator will reach out to you to start your personal training journey.  

Program Policies 

All our sessions are 60 minutes long. Sessions are scheduled between the client and trainer and are appointment only. We require 48 hours in advance notice.  

All program sessions expire a year after purchase. These are non-refundable and non-transferable.
