This end of week class is designed to bring you the best of both worlds, cycle and bar. Come ready to start your weekend strong, by increasing your endurance and sweating off the long week’s stress. No cycle or barre experience needed.

Join the instructor for our inclusive fitness class that is perfect for everyBODY, person, level, and experience! The class will be set up with different exercise stations that can be modified to fit your fitness level.
Mondays and Wednesdays noon-12:50 p.m.
Increase your endurance with our power-driven indoor cycle! Our instructors will keep you peddling along and help you reach your cycling goals with a fun, upbeat workout. No experience necessary!
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-8:50 a.m.
Join Vinny for a morning move class. In this class you will get your heart rate up with the use of different pieces of equipment from TRX, bodyweight exercises, kettlebells and more! All levels welcome.
Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30-10:20 a.m.
Join your fellow Roadrunners in this fast pace, body weight, strength and conditioning class. This class will help improve your strength, balance and endurance.
Mondays and Wednesdays 11-11:50 a.m.
REB3L Fitness® is a combination of choreographed toning routines with HIIT mechanics resulting in sculpted bodies from this badass, bootcamp style dance fitness format. You will leave feeling strong, motivated, and empowered!

Getting Started
If you are interested in personal training, please stop by the front desk and ask for a personal training registration form. As a new client you must complete the personal training registration form and purchase a fitness assessment. You can purchase fitness assessments and sessions at the fitness center front desk. Once you have completed the form, please turn it in and Luna the Fitness and Wellness Coordinator will reach out to you to start your personal training journey.
Program Policies
All our sessions are 60 minutes long. Sessions are scheduled between the client and trainer and are appointment only. We require 48 hours in advance notice.
All program sessions expire a year after purchase. These are non-refundable and non-transferable.
