With a variety of different equipment, you will get a chance to push your body and mind to learn and train new skills and movements. This boot camp class will help you reach your active goals and keep you sweating. Open to all levels.

This end of week class is designed to bring you the best of both worlds, cycle and bar. Come ready to start your weekend strong, by increasing your endurance and sweating off the long week’s stress. No cycle or barre experience needed.

One of our Certified Personal Trainers will guide, motivate, and push you to your best as you take on a high intensity workout that incorporates both cardio and strength circuits.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30–9:15 a.m.
Join Julie in her Mat Pilates class where you will participate in basic movements. This class is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs. No Pilates experience required.
Thursdays 3:30-4:20 p.m.
In this moving meditation class, Kiaya will help you learn how to use physical activity for stress relief. End your week by letting all that stress go and being active at the same time. You will walk out feeling mindfully accomplished.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30–10:20 a.m.
Join Vinny for a morning move class. In this class you will get your heart rate up with the use of different pieces of equipment from TRX, bodyweight exercises, kettlebells and more! All levels welcome.
Mondays and Wednesdays 10-10:50 a.m.
Join us for a unique yoga twist. In this class you will focus on your power and the flow of your body. With a mix of strength, endurance, and stretch you will leave feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 2-2:50 p.m.
REB3L Groove® fuses hard hitting choreography with HIIT mechanics and powerful music, resulting in a high intensity, badass, bootcamp style dance fitness format. You will leave feeling inspired, motivated, strong, and empowered.
Tuesdays and Thursdays Noon–12:50 p.m.
REB3L Strength® is choreographed toning routines set to powerful music. It creates sculpted bodies and builds physical strength using body weight, minimal equipment, and low impact/high repetition training.

In this low-impact, music-driven indoor cycling class, you will be sweating your worries away and taking on various levels of intensity all while jammin’ to the beats.
Mondays and Wednesdays 2-2:50 p.m.
Join your fellow Roadrunners in this high intensity interval training that will keep you engaged and moving. Learn and use various equipment from weights to bands. This HIIT class is welcoming to everyone and all levels of fitness.

This class combines cardio and strength exercises. This high energy, full-body workout will incorporate a wide variety of equipment.

In this Vinyasa style practice, the TRX suspension trainer will assist in providing leverage as we go through a variety of poses and flows which aim to provide the perfect balance of intensity and restoration. Open to all experience levels.
We are offering a punch pass incentive program. Once you activate your MSU Denver Campus Recreation membership you can pick up your Group Fitness Punch Pass.
Bring this Punch Pass with you every time you participate in an in-person MSU Denver Group Fitness class. We will punch your card while you are on your way out after the class is complete.

What are the benefits of a personal trainer?
Getting Started
If you are interested in personal training, please stop by the front desk and ask for a personal training registration form. As a new client you must complete the personal training registration form and purchase a fitness assessment. You can purchase fitness assessments and sessions at the fitness center front desk. Once you have completed the form, please turn it in and Luna the Fitness and Wellness Coordinator will reach out to you to start your personal training journey.
Program Policies
All our sessions are 60 minutes long. Sessions are scheduled between the client and trainer and are appointment only. We require 48 hours in advance notice.
All program sessions expire a year after purchase. These are non-refundable and non-transferable.
