Join us for a Latin and world rhythm dance fitness party that mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style workout.
Restorative yoga invites us to unwind, relegate and breathe deep into the sanctuary of our bodies. Take an hour to reset from the busy hustle with grounded and supported postures. The pace of class is slow, intentional, and utilizes props including blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters to
relax deeper and release built up tension. Class is suitable for all levels. Come as you are
Hatha translates from Sanskrit to English as HA- Sun and THA- Moon. Through an hour of guided asana postures, the balancing of the two sun and moon energies
within oneself will be cultivated. Some poses will be challenging to honor the heat and fierceness
of the sun. Some poses will be gentle to honor the lunar softness of the moon. Life asks us to
embody so many different energies to navigate our experiences and learning how to intentionally
embody our energy is a powerful tool practiced in Hatha Yoga. Class is suitable for all levels.
Come as you are!

Mat Pilates Instructor
My name is Jill, or on socials you can find me as Breakfast and Pilates. I am a Michigan native and an all around active gal - running, tennis, pickleball, yoga, pilates, paddle boarding are some of my favorite hobbies. I have a Mat Pilates certification as well as Pre/Postnatal, and I believe movement should be accessible and fun, so when you're in my class you will be pushed to new limits and find new confidence! Let's move together.
Cycle/Barre Instructor
A former student on the Auraria Campus. Aimee's passion for fitness comes from her physically fit parents, and a 30-year background in dance. Aimee loves to stay active with strength training, HIIT workouts, yoga, and indoor cycling! She is also passionate about cooking and nutrition, especially after the birth of her two children. Teaching fitness is truly the joy in Aimee's life; she hopes she can inspire and spread that to all those who participate in her classes.
Yoga Instructor
Megan’s journey with yoga began with a deep calling to heal and reclaim her life after years of struggle with cyclical habits, anxiety, and depression. Through the practice, she found a union of mind, body, and spirit that allowed her to tap into her infinite potential and become the co-creator of her reality. Megan fosters spaces for others to discover their true nature and expand into their fullest selves. In her classes, students are invited to ground down, breathe deep, and move through their practice with intention.
