Yes, we can accept electronic, digital copies of your academic documents. But they must be sent from a professional, verifiable email that we can match to an accepted official source – such as your school, examination board, or ministry of education.

** We will verify sender email addresses through official sources. We will not accept documents from email addresses that cannot be verified. No exceptions.
** Emails submitted from general email providers cannot be accepted (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.)
** We cannot accept documents in a forwarded email as official

If the school cannot send us an electronic copy of your official documents, they must send us a physical, paper copy of your documents through the post mail.
Physical, paper copies must be sealed in an official envelope. Both the envelope and documents must have the proper attestations, such as stamps and signatures. A sealed envelope with the official documents can be sent to MSU Denver directly by the school.
The school can also issue the sealed envelope to you or a family member. Then you or a family member can mail, or hand deliver the sealed envelope to MSU Denver.
**Do NOT open the sealed envelope. If the envelope is open, the documents inside are no longer official.

For U.S. high schools, you can contact your school counselor about sending your official transcripts to MSU Denver.
For U.S. universities, you will need to order an official transcript from your school.
Many schools send transcripts digitally. Electronic transcripts can only be delivered by the issuing institution. Forwarded transcripts will not be accepted as official. Official transcripts can be sent to MSU Denver at [email protected].
