You must be registered for the Fall 2021 semester to be eligible for the RTD pass.
What if I don’t have my campus ID?
You must have a current campus ID to purchase the RTD pass. For more information about getting your campus ID (including how to complete the paperwork online to have an ID ready for pickup on campus) please visit the ID Station website. You can purchase your RTD pass immediately after getting your campus ID if desired.
Can I use Financial Aid to cover their RTD pass?
Yes, as long as the financial aid award is enough to cover the additional $135 cost. The method of payment will change depending on the date of opt-in:
If you opt-in prior to the Financial Aid disbursement date (opt-in by August 12th) then the charge will be on your account at the time of initial disbursement and will be paid at that time.
If you opt-in after the Financial Aid disbursement date (opt-in on or after August 13th) then the charge will post to your account and you will be responsible for making the payment to the University. You can use disbursed financial aid funds to pay this charge, if applicable.
Can I opt-in after 9/30?
Yes, but you will not have the option to add the charge to your student account. You will need to pay in full by credit card or cash at the time of purchase. The cost of the RTD pass will remain $135.
What if I do not have a smart phone to access the app?
If you are concerned about your ability to access the RTD Mobile App, please visit the ID Station to discuss your options.
What if I can’t come to the ID Station?
At this time, the only way to obtain the RTD pass is to visit the ID Station in the Tivoli.
