History is not just found in the dusty pages of a textbook; it lives in the cobblestones of ancient cities, the architecture of sacred temples, and the stories of cultures across the globe. At MSU Denver, we believe students should have the chance to experience these histories firsthand.

The Department of History is proud to offer transformative Faculty Led Study Abroad and Field Study Programs that bring the past to life. Each year, our faculty lead 2–3 programs that give 20–30 MSU Denver undergraduates the opportunity to step out of the classroom and onto the world stage.
