"Studying Integrative Healthcare at MSU Denver has been an opportunity to learn and embrace health care from a holistic and scientific perspective. Integrating heath care through traditional medicinal and alternative oriented approaches, assessing whole person, including diet, lifestyle, and mental health. We learn to implement healing therapies such as herbal remedies, reflexology, aromatherapy, yoga, and nutrition, while promoting optimal health and lifestyle. I am currently a junior and plan to graduate in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Healthcare and a minor in wellness coaching. I hope to one day have a holistic wellness center in my community."
