About This Program

Giving you the information you need to make an educated decision about your English degree is a top priority for us, and so is delivering strong programs without breaking your bank. MSU Denver is among the most affordable four-year universities in the nation.

A minor in Film and Media Studies consists of eight courses: an introduction to the study of cinema, two courses on the history of cinema, four courses on particular cinema topics in context, and a culmination course. Students learn to think and write critically about cinema as a significant form of culture.
