Dear MSU Denver employees,

Metropolitan State University of Denver is conducting a comprehensive retrospective of the Workday implementation.

I invite you to participate in a confidential survey about the Workday deployment as part of MSU Denver’s commitment to inclusive leadership, continuous improvement and excellence. The survey will remain open through Dec. 1, with focus groups scheduled for Dec. 18-19 (space is limited).

Implementing Workday marked a major milestone for MSU Denver, and your perspective will help us assess the project’s successes and areas for improvement. Your feedback will also help us identify what could have been done differently and how we can improve future large-scale projects.

How will survey feedback be used?

Survey results will be used exclusively to improve our Workday processes and enhance project, functional and change management. Findings from this survey and other data-collection methods, including one-on-one interviews and small focus groups, will be presented internally and publicly.

Who will see the data?

Lawrence Henderson, an external consultant with Continuum Consulting Services, will collect and manage all survey data, which will remain confidential and anonymous. University leaders will receive a survey report that will focus on larger themes and trends.

  • The feedback collected will be void of identifiable information and will be treated with the utmost discretion.
  • No direct participant quotes will be used.
  • The survey also includes a section where respondents can opt in to participate in a focus groups.
    • Employees who opt in will be contacted by Henderson to confirm details by Dec. 4.
