May is Mental Health Month, and many Coloradans and Roadrunners likely have a lot weighing on their minds. Ongoing Covid-19 concerns, socialjustice and health issues, the Russian invasion of Ukraine, inflation, wildfires and the first anniversary of the Colorado youthsuicide state of emergency are just a few of the items making headlines. Navigating and processing these myriad issues require a strong community and supportive resources.
