In MSU Denver’s professional selling program, your courses are taught by faculty who have built careers in sales and sales leadership before coming to the classroom. They bring stories from the field, current tools and real customer challenges into your online courses so you can see what professional selling looks like day to day.
For example, April Schofield, director of the Center for Professional Selling, worked in professional sports for the Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche and was recognized as one of the National Basketball Association’s top sales professionals. Today she teaches courses such as Personal Selling, Advanced Selling and Sales Management, using her experience with high stakes, relationship driven selling to help students learn how to prepare for meetings, handle objections and build a strong sales career over time.
In MSU Denver’s online Professional Selling B.A., you learn how to manage the full consultative sales process from first contact to long term relationship. You build on a strong business core and take focused sales courses so you understand both how organizations work and how to create value for customers.
Coursework introduces you to topics such as personal selling, sales management, business communication, strategic marketing planning and consumer behavior.
