Our Program is Always Evolving

“A Finance concentration was recently added due to industry and professional demand. While we no longer offer a general concentration, we do now offer a General MBA (30 credit program instead of 36). This allows MBA students to finish the MBA program slightly quicker if they choose to not complete a concentration.” – Shannon O’Neill, MBA Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator

Our MBA stands out majorly through the flexibility and convenience that come with it. As an MBA student, you would have the luxury of choosing whether in-person or online classes fits your goals and lifestyle to best. Even within any of the in-person classes, there is an option to attend online whenever needed instead of coming in. This option is always available to you throughout the entirety of the class. This high-quality Master of Business Administration program also offers a set of concentrations to pair with the general courses; including Accounting, Business Analytics, Human Resource Management, and a very recent addition, Finance.

“We have very exciting initiatives lined up for the upcoming Spring semester! First, we are launching a course on ‘Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition’ taught by Neil Pollard, one of our new Entrepreneurship faculty. A lot of small businesses are facing retiring ownership, and the transfer of these businesses to new owners will be a large part of our economy for the next couple of decades. Students will learn how to identify opportunities in this space, how to value the assets, and how to make the transition successful, along with a lot of other cool topics around the question.

Second, one of our renowned finance professors, Adam Schor, will be teaching a course, both for MBA students and undergraduates, where students will get the opportunity to manage part of our endowment – incredible hands-on experience!

Lastly, the MBA program will be teaming up with Stacy Dversgdal, the University’s Chief HR Officer, to offer a course on Strategic Talent Management. This is a very exciting opportunity that will not only allow our program to enhance, but also extend its outreach further and recruit more students.” – Rey Hernández-Julián, Interim Associate Dean
