Marketing Professor Dr. Angelica Bahl, recently participated in the 40th Annual Conference on Artificial Intelligence, organized by the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence. This conference is renowned for presenting cutting-edge research in the field of AI and promoting scientific exchange among researchers, practitioners, scientists, students, and engineers across AI and its related disciplines.
Dr. Bahl created and teaches the first course on AI in Business at MSU Denver. For nearly two years, her senior business students have learned about AI and machine learning concepts and how to leverage these technologies to make informed marketing decisions. In the course, students use AI-powered tools for marketing creation, social media, advertising, product development, e-commerce, and sales. The course also critically examines the ethical, regulatory, and strategic challenges associated with AI, preparing students to take on leadership roles in the ever-evolving landscape of AI-driven marketing in real-world scenarios.
Through her teaching and research, Dr. Bahl is helping bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world AI applications, ensuring students graduate ready to lead in an increasingly technology-driven business world.
