Summit House: Floor Plans, Rates and Meal Plans

Summit House brings on-campus living to MSU Denver for the first time, connecting you with campus life, new friendships and everything downtown Denver has to offer.

With convenient access to classes, campus resources and the heart of the city, you’ll have more opportunities to make the most of your college experience.

Explore floor plans, room rates and meal plan options to find the best fit for your needs and budget. With three room types available, Summit House offers options to help you feel at home while making the most of your college experience.

Living at Summit House means having convenient access to campus dining, making it easier to grab a meal between classes, meet friends for lunch or enjoy dinner without having to cook.

To help simplify your daily routine, all Summit House residents are required to select a meal plan, with three options designed to accommodate different schedules, appetites and dining preferences. 

• Mile High Plan — $3,568: Includes 300 meals per semester and $200 in flex funds at the beginning of the semester. With no daily meal limit and the ability to use meal swipes for guests, this plan offers flexibility in how and when you dine. 

• Broncos Plan — $3,244: Includes 19 all-you-care-to-eat meals per week, plus $40 per month in flex funds. Recommended for first-year students, this plan is ideal for those who expect to eat most of their meals on campus. 

• Nuggets Plan — $3,072: Includes 12 meals per week, 15 additional guest meals per semester and $300 in flex funds at the beginning of the semester. This plan is a good fit for students who prefer fewer scheduled meals and more flexibility in their dining routine. 

Flex Funds: Each plan includes flex funds that can be used at select campus dining locations, giving you more choices and flexibility throughout the semester.

When selecting your meal plan, consider your class schedule, how often you expect to eat on campus and your typical dining habits. Whether you prefer three meals a day or a more flexible routine, there’s an option to help you stay fueled and focused throughout your college experience.
